Ele sunt extrem de eficiente \u00een recunoa\u0219terea vizual\u0103, identificarea obiectelor \u0219i extragerea de caracteristici din imagini.<\/p>\n<h3>Cum func\u021bioneaz\u0103 re\u021belele CNN?<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Stratul de convolu\u021bie<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Filtre (Kerneluri)<\/strong>: \u00cen acest strat, re\u021beaua aplic\u0103 mai multe filtre sau kerneluri la imaginea de intrare. Fiecare filtru este o matrice mic\u0103 (de exemplu, 3&#215;3 sau 5&#215;5) care parcurge \u00eentreaga imagine, analiz\u00e2nd buc\u0103\u021bi mici (numite <em>receptive fields<\/em>) din imagine.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Convolu\u021bie<\/strong>: Filtrul efectueaz\u0103 o opera\u021biune de convolu\u021bie asupra fiec\u0103rui patch din imagine, calcul\u00e2nd un produs scalar \u0219i gener\u00e2nd o hart\u0103 de caracteristici (<em>feature map<\/em>). Aceasta eviden\u021biaz\u0103 anumite caracteristici din imagine, cum ar fi margini, texturi sau forme specifice.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Relu<\/strong>: Func\u021bia de activare ReLU (<em>Rectified Linear Unit<\/em>) este aplicat\u0103 pentru a introduce non-linearitate \u00een re\u021bea, elimin\u00e2nd valorile negative din h\u0103r\u021bile de caracteristici.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stratul de pooling (sube\u0219antionare)<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Pooling<\/strong>: Acest strat reduce dimensiunea h\u0103r\u021bilor de caracteristici, p\u0103str\u00e2nd informa\u021biile esen\u021biale. Cele mai comune metode sunt <em>max pooling<\/em> (selecteaz\u0103 valoarea maxim\u0103 dintr-o zon\u0103) \u0219i <em>average pooling<\/em> (calculeaz\u0103 media valorilor dintr-o zon\u0103). Aceste straturi combin\u0103 toate caracteristicile extrase pentru a face predic\u021bii finale, de exemplu, clasificarea unei imagini \u00eentr-o anumit\u0103 categorie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Func\u021bia de activare softmax<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>\u00cen cazul \u00een care CNN este utilizat\u0103 pentru clasificare, func\u021bia <em>softmax<\/em> este aplicat\u0103 \u00een stratul final pentru a genera o distribu\u021bie a probabilit\u0103\u021bilor pentru fiecare categorie posibil\u0103.
