Practic, acesta inlocuieste ambreiajul mecanic utilizat la transmisia manuala.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"461\" data-end=\"705\">Convertizorul de cuplu nu are doar rolul de a transmite miscarea, ci si de a <strong data-start=\"538\" data-end=\"565\">multiplica cuplul <a href=\"https:\/\/diagnozabam.ro\/sfaturi\/ro\/blog\/motor-turbo-2\/\">motor<\/a><\/strong> in anumite conditii de functionare. Acest lucru permite o plecare mai lina de pe loc si o functionare mai eficienta a transmisiei automate.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"707\" data-end=\"843\">In randurile urmatoare vom analiza structura convertizorului de cuplu, componentele principale si principiul de functionare al acestuia.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"845\" data-end=\"848\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"850\" data-end=\"905\">Componentele principale ale convertizorului de cuplu<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"907\" data-end=\"975\">Un convertizor de cuplu este alcatuit din trei componente esentiale:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"977\" data-end=\"1015\">\n<li data-start=\"977\" data-end=\"994\">\n<p data-start=\"979\" data-end=\"994\">rotorul (pompa)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"995\" data-end=\"1004\">\n<p data-start=\"997\" data-end=\"1004\"><a href=\"https:\/\/diagnozabam.ro\/sfaturi\/ro\/blog\/motor-turbo-2\/\">turbina<\/a><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1005\" data-end=\"1015\">\n<p data-start=\"1007\" data-end=\"1015\">statorul<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1017\" data-end=\"1153\">Aceste elemente lucreaza impreuna prin intermediul fluidului de <a href=\"https:\/\/diagnozabam.ro\/sfaturi\/ro\/blog\/kit-ambreiaj-masa-simpla-sau-dubla-care-e-mai-bun\/\">transmisie<\/a> pentru a transfera energia de la <a href=\"https:\/\/diagnozabam.ro\/sfaturi\/ro\/blog\/motor-turbo-2\/\">motor<\/a> catre cutia de viteze.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1155\" data-end=\"1174\">Rotorul (pompa)<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1176\" data-end=\"1346\">Rotorul este partea conectata direct la <a href=\"https:\/\/diagnozabam.ro\/sfaturi\/ro\/blog\/motor-turbo-2\/\">motor<\/a>. Acesta se roteste odata cu arborele cotit si pune in miscare <strong data-start=\"1284\" data-end=\"1314\">uleiul de <a href=\"https:\/\/diagnozabam.ro\/sfaturi\/ro\/blog\/kit-ambreiaj-masa-simpla-sau-dubla-care-e-mai-bun\/\">transmisie<\/a> (ATF)<\/strong> din interiorul convertizorului.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1348\" data-end=\"1437\">Prin forma paletelor sale, rotorul accelereaza fluidul si il directioneaza catre <a href=\"https:\/\/diagnozabam.ro\/sfaturi\/ro\/blog\/motor-turbo-2\/\">turbina<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1439\" data-end=\"1450\">Turbina<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1452\" data-end=\"1611\"><a href=\"https:\/\/diagnozabam.ro\/sfaturi\/ro\/blog\/motor-turbo-2\/\">Turbina<\/a> este montata pe arborele de intrare al cutiei de viteze. Cand fluidul pus in miscare de rotor loveste paletele turbinei, aceasta incepe sa se roteasca.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1613\" data-end=\"1706\">Miscarea turbinei este cea care transmite efectiv energia mecanica catre transmisia automata.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1708\" data-end=\"1720\">Statorul<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1722\" data-end=\"1843\">Statorul este pozitionat intre rotor si <a href=\"https:\/\/diagnozabam.ro\/sfaturi\/ro\/blog\/motor-turbo-2\/\">turbina<\/a> si are rolul de a <strong data-start=\"1788\" data-end=\"1816\">redirija fluxul de fluid<\/strong> care revine de la <a href=\"https:\/\/diagnozabam.ro\/sfaturi\/ro\/blog\/motor-turbo-2\/\">turbina<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1845\" data-end=\"2001\">Prin schimbarea directiei fluxului de ulei, statorul creste eficienta transferului de energie si permite <strong data-start=\"1950\" data-end=\"1976\">multiplicarea cuplului<\/strong> in fazele de accelerare.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2003\" data-end=\"2006\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"2008\" data-end=\"2064\">Principiul de functionare al convertizorului de cuplu<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2066\" data-end=\"2173\">Functionarea convertizorului de cuplu se bazeaza pe circulatia unui fluid hidraulic intre rotor si <a href=\"https:\/\/diagnozabam.ro\/sfaturi\/ro\/blog\/motor-turbo-2\/\">turbina<\/a>.<\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"2175\" data-end=\"2403\">\n<li data-start=\"2175\" data-end=\"2202\">\n<p data-start=\"2178\" data-end=\"2202\">Motorul roteste rotorul.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2203\" data-end=\"2272\">\n<p data-start=\"2206\" data-end=\"2272\">Rotorul accelereaza fluidul ATF si il directioneaza catre <a href=\"https:\/\/diagnozabam.ro\/sfaturi\/ro\/blog\/motor-turbo-2\/\">turbina<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2273\" data-end=\"2331\">\n<p data-start=\"2276\" data-end=\"2331\">Fluidul loveste paletele turbinei si o pune in miscare.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2332\" data-end=\"2403\">\n<p data-start=\"2335\" data-end=\"2403\"><a href=\"https:\/\/diagnozabam.ro\/sfaturi\/ro\/blog\/motor-turbo-2\/\">Turbina<\/a> transmite miscarea catre arborele de intrare al transmisiei.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p data-start=\"2405\" data-end=\"2554\">In timpul acestui proces, statorul modifica directia fluxului de ulei care se intoarce de la <a href=\"https:\/\/diagnozabam.ro\/sfaturi\/ro\/blog\/motor-turbo-2\/\">turbina<\/a>, imbunatatind eficienta transferului de energie.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2556\" data-end=\"2559\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"2561\" data-end=\"2586\">Multiplicarea cuplului<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2588\" data-end=\"2700\">Unul dintre avantajele majore ale convertizorului de cuplu este capacitatea sa de a <strong data-start=\"2672\" data-end=\"2699\">multiplica cuplul <a href=\"https:\/\/diagnozabam.ro\/sfaturi\/ro\/blog\/motor-turbo-2\/\">motor<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2702\" data-end=\"2892\">Acest fenomen apare atunci cand fluidul care paraseste <a href=\"https:\/\/diagnozabam.ro\/sfaturi\/ro\/blog\/motor-turbo-2\/\">turbina<\/a> loveste paletele statorului. Statorul redirectioneaza fluxul inapoi catre rotor, crescand astfel forta transmisa catre <a href=\"https:\/\/diagnozabam.ro\/sfaturi\/ro\/blog\/motor-turbo-2\/\">turbina<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2894\" data-end=\"3021\">Multiplicarea cuplului este maxima in momentul plecarii de pe loc, cand diferenta de turatie dintre rotor si <a href=\"https:\/\/diagnozabam.ro\/sfaturi\/ro\/blog\/motor-turbo-2\/\">turbina<\/a> este mare.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3023\" data-end=\"3147\">Pe masura ce vehiculul accelereaza si turatia turbinei se apropie de cea a rotorului, efectul de multiplicare scade treptat.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"3149\" data-end=\"3152\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"3154\" data-end=\"3197\">Placa flexibila si conexiunea cu motorul<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3199\" data-end=\"3327\">Convertizorul de cuplu este fixat pe o <strong data-start=\"3238\" data-end=\"3269\">placa flexibila (flexplate)<\/strong>, care indeplineste rolul volantei din transmisia manuala.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3329\" data-end=\"3371\">Aceasta placa are doua functii principale:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3373\" data-end=\"3480\">\n<li data-start=\"3373\" data-end=\"3441\">\n<p data-start=\"3375\" data-end=\"3441\">conecteaza convertizorul de cuplu la arborele cotit al motorului<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3442\" data-end=\"3480\">\n<p data-start=\"3444\" data-end=\"3480\">absoarbe vibratiile produse de <a href=\"https:\/\/diagnozabam.ro\/sfaturi\/ro\/blog\/motor-turbo-2\/\">motor<\/a><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3482\" data-end=\"3601\">Prin utilizarea unei placi flexibile, sistemul de <a href=\"https:\/\/diagnozabam.ro\/sfaturi\/ro\/blog\/kit-ambreiaj-masa-simpla-sau-dubla-care-e-mai-bun\/\">transmisie<\/a> automata functioneaza mai lin si reduce socurile mecanice.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"3603\" data-end=\"3606\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"3608\" data-end=\"3638\">Pompa de ulei a transmisiei<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3640\" data-end=\"3722\">Convertizorul de cuplu contribuie si la functionarea pompei de ulei a transmisiei.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3724\" data-end=\"3817\">Fluidul ATF circula permanent prin convertizor, iar aceasta circulatie este esentiala pentru:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3819\" data-end=\"3935\">\n<li data-start=\"3819\" data-end=\"3854\">\n<p data-start=\"3821\" data-end=\"3854\">lubrifierea componentelor interne<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3855\" data-end=\"3876\">\n<p data-start=\"3857\" data-end=\"3876\">racirea transmisiei<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3877\" data-end=\"3935\">\n<p data-start=\"3879\" data-end=\"3935\">functionarea corecta a ambreiajelor si a valve body-ului<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3937\" data-end=\"4015\">Fara presiunea corecta a fluidului, transmisia automata nu ar putea functiona.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"4017\" data-end=\"4020\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"4022\" data-end=\"4060\">Inlocuirea convertizorului de cuplu<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"4062\" data-end=\"4216\">Convertizorul de cuplu este un ansamblu inchis, sudat din fabrica. Din acest motiv, repararea lui este dificila si rar practicata in atelierele obisnuite.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4218\" data-end=\"4357\">In majoritatea cazurilor, atunci cand apar defectiuni interne, solutia recomandata este <strong data-start=\"4306\" data-end=\"4356\">inlocuirea completa a convertizorului de cuplu<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"4359\" data-end=\"4362\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"4364\" data-end=\"4376\">Concluzie<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"4378\" data-end=\"4616\">Convertizorul de cuplu este o componenta esentiala a transmisiilor automate moderne.
