In acest dispozitiv lubrifiantul este racit la o temperatura sigura.<\/p>\n<p>Exista sisteme de racire de tip natural si sisteme de tip artificial. Acesta din urma este echipat cu o <a href=\"https:\/\/diagnozabam.ro\/sfaturi\/ro\/blog\/motor-turbo-2\/\">turbina<\/a> suplimentara care creeaza un flux de <a href=\"https:\/\/diagnozabam.ro\/sfaturi\/ro\/blog\/%e2%9a%99%ef%b8%8f-debitmetru-aer-defect-simptome-cauze-si-solutii\/\">aer<\/a> puternic pentru o racire mai buna.<\/p>\n<p>Termoflotul este proiectat pentru a furniza motorului uleiul racit necesar functionarii, precum si pentru a mentine regimul normal de temperatura al sistemului atunci cand este necesara o\u00a0 putere mare.<\/p>\n<p>Altfel spus, termoflotul este utilizat in principal cu scopul de a creste durata de viata a motorului. In plus, uleiul nu isi pierde proprietatile, in timp ce presiunea in sistem ramane normala.<\/p>\n<p>O temperatura constanta este mentinuta de un termostat, a carui supapa permite uleiului sa intre in calorifer doar atunci cand este incalzit.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"rtoc-2\">Simptome comune termoflot defect<\/h2>\n<p>Termoflotul functioneaza in conditii destul de dure, insa presiunea din interiorul dispozitivului nu este foarte mare, ceea ce are un efect pozitiv asupra sa.<\/p>\n<p>De regula soferii se confrunta cu nevoia de a inlocui termoflotul de fiecare data, la un interval de aproximativ 3-5 ani (cu toate ca in unele czuri poate fi necesara acestuia chiar mai devreme).<\/p>\n<p>Exista mai multe semne ca o masina are termoflotul <a href=\"https:\/\/diagnozabam.ro\/sfaturi\/ro\/blog\/%e2%9a%99%ef%b8%8f-debitmetru-aer-defect-simptome-cauze-si-solutii\/\">defect<\/a>. Din pacate, acestea nu sunt neaparat unice, ele confundandu-se adesea cu simptomele altor defectiuni. Tocmai din acest motiv este recomandat ca daca masina prezinta oricare din urmatoarele, sa o duceti intr-un service autorizat pentru a o supune unei inspectii riguroase, astfel incat sa va asigurati ca motorul nu este afectat si ca adevarata problema este, de fapt, defectarea termoflotului.<\/p>\n<p>Cel mai evident simptom al unui termoflot <a href=\"https:\/\/diagnozabam.ro\/sfaturi\/ro\/blog\/%e2%9a%99%ef%b8%8f-debitmetru-aer-defect-simptome-cauze-si-solutii\/\">defect<\/a> este deteriorarea fizica a radiatorului si a conductelor asociate. Daca dauna este vizibila, atunci problema se rezolva usor. Stiti din start despre ce este vorba.<\/p>\n<p>Totusi, restul simptomelor nu sunt la fel de evidente. Cele mai comune semne ale unui termoflot <a href=\"https:\/\/diagnozabam.ro\/sfaturi\/ro\/blog\/%e2%9a%99%ef%b8%8f-debitmetru-aer-defect-simptome-cauze-si-solutii\/\">defect<\/a> sunt:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Degradarea (scaderea) performantei motorului. Acest lucru se manifesta sub forma de acceleratie mai lenta si o viteza maxima mai mica. In plus, motorul se incalzeste din lipsa racire.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/diagnozabam.ro\/sfaturi\/ro\/blog\/culorile-fumului-de-esapament\/\">Fum negru<\/a> \u2013 deteriorarea termoflotului duce la scurgerea uleiului <a href=\"https:\/\/diagnozabam.ro\/sfaturi\/ro\/blog\/motor-turbo-2\/\">motor<\/a> in camerele de ardere si, implicit la colorarea fumului in negru. In cazul in care va confruntati cu eliberarea unui fum colorat pe teava de esapament, insa nu este negru ci mai curand galbui sau albastru, atunci ar fi recomandat sa cititi acest articol.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Vibratii anormale \u2013 uleiul intra in camerele de ardere producand explozii nepotrivite in diferiti cilindrii, determinand totodata aparitia unor vibratii la nivelul motorului.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Radiator umflat \u2013 radiatorul va arata ca o minge de fotbal.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Aparitia unui strat intunecat pe peretii vasului de expansiune al sistemului de racire.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Prezenta scurgerilor de ulei.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Cresterea temperaturii uleiului.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"rtoc-3\">Cauzele termoflotului defect<\/h2>\n<p>Ca si in cazul celorlalte piese ale masinii, defectarea termoflotului are loc din mai multe cauze si anume:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Deterioreri mecanice, chiar si un urma unei coliziuni minore aceasta piesa poate suferi.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Cresterea temperaturii uleiului.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Oxidarea metalelor, formarea unor depuneri de calcar in interiorul cavitatilor.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Incalzirea constanta duce la \u201eoboseala\u201d metalului , ceea ce ii reduce <a href=\"https:\/\/diagnozabam.ro\/sfaturi\/ro\/blog\/multimetrul-care-te-salveaza-la-orice-testare\/\">rezistenta<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Vibratiile din compartimentul <a href=\"https:\/\/diagnozabam.ro\/sfaturi\/ro\/blog\/motor-turbo-2\/\">motor<\/a> contribuie la distrugerea cusaturilor de legatura, ceea ce poate provoca scurgeri.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Inghetul piesei duce la dilatare si spargere.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Calitatea proasta a materialului din care este confectionat.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Particulele mici, praful si alti contaminanti sunt lipite in fagurele termoflotului, ceea ce reduce semnificativ transferul de caldura.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dupa cum puteti vedea, utilizarea termoflotului de ulei creste semnificativ eficienta racirii motorului, imbunatateste protectia motorului si mentine performanta uleiului la temperaturi ridicate.<\/p>\n<p>Printre principalele avantaje ale unui termoflot, se poate observa ca uleiul racit este furnizat motorului dupa trecerea prin termoflot.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"rtoc-4\">Solutii<\/h2>\n<p>Specialistii recomanda sa acordati o atentie maxima principalelor caracteristici ale termoflotului, astfel:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Asigurati-va ca acesta este realizat din materiale de calitate. Daca aceste circuite isi pierd etanseitatea, un fluid se poate amesteca cu celalat, ceea ce va afecta negativ motorul.<\/p>\n<p><b>Este strict interzisa<\/b> rularea unei <a href=\"https:\/\/diagnozabam.ro\/sfaturi\/ro\/blog\/autonomie-masini-electrice-2026-ce-modele-conduc-topul\/\">masini<\/a> cu o astfel de defectiune, in aparenta\u00a0 nesemnificativa, dar care pe permen lung va duce cu siguranta la o distrugere a motorului.<\/p>\n<p>Se recomanda inspectarea vizibila a termoflotului cel putin o data pe an, sau chiar mai des. Petele de ulei, depunerile intunecate si petele grase vor indica faptul ca radiatorul din circuitul de racire este depresurizat.<\/p>\n<p>Desi termoflotul este din metal, tuburile sale au o <a href=\"https:\/\/diagnozabam.ro\/sfaturi\/ro\/blog\/multimetrul-care-te-salveaza-la-orice-testare\/\">rezistenta<\/a> mecanica scazuta \u2013 pietrisul de pe drum poate starpunge aceste tubulaturi.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ce este termoflotul?
