Problema este mai frecventa decat pare, mai ales atunci cand arcurile sunt montate fara verificarea completa a suspensiei.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"844\" data-end=\"1151\">Multi soferi cred ca schimbarea arcurilor este o lucrare simpla: se demonteaza arcul vechi, se pune arcul nou si masina ar trebui sa mearga perfect. In realitate, suspensia lucreaza ca un sistem complet. Arcul, amortizorul, tamponul de cauciuc, flansa, bucsele si prinderile trebuie sa functioneze impreuna.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1153\" data-end=\"1387\">Daca una dintre aceste piese este montata gresit, uzata sau incompatibila, apar zgomote dupa schimbarea arcurilor. Un arc nou poate scoate la iveala probleme care existau deja, dar care nu erau atat de evidente cu arcurile vechi.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1703\" data-end=\"1733\">Cele mai frecvente cauze sunt:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1735\" data-end=\"2043\">\n<li data-section-id=\"w1cs95\" data-start=\"1735\" data-end=\"1770\">arcuri nepotrivite pentru masina;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"b06txt\" data-start=\"1771\" data-end=\"1825\">tampoane de cauciuc lipsa, uzate sau montate gresit;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"ruwa6i\" data-start=\"1826\" data-end=\"1869\">amortizoare vechi, slabe sau nepotrivite;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1tgr911\" data-start=\"1870\" data-end=\"1898\">flanse de amortizor uzate;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1eojwnr\" data-start=\"1899\" data-end=\"1919\">bucse deteriorate;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"fkr26e\" data-start=\"1920\" data-end=\"1960\">suruburi sau piulite stranse incorect;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"qhue9z\" data-start=\"1961\" data-end=\"2000\">arcul nu este asezat corect in locas;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1vfdbbc\" data-start=\"2001\" data-end=\"2043\">masina nu a fost verificata dupa montaj.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2045\" data-end=\"2203\">Un zgomot usor poate parea neimportant la inceput, dar daca este ignorat, poate duce la uzura rapida a altor componente si la pierderea confortului la rulare.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1qmd1hc\" data-start=\"2205\" data-end=\"2243\">1. Arcuri nepotrivite pentru masina<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2245\" data-end=\"2504\">Una dintre cele mai mari greseli este montarea unor arcuri care \u201epar la fel\u201d, dar nu sunt compatibile cu masina. La prima vedere, doua arcuri pot avea forma asemanatoare, acelasi diametru si aceeasi lungime aproximativa. Totusi, diferentele pot fi importante.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2506\" data-end=\"2849\">Un arc auto este calculat in functie de greutatea masinii, motorizare, tipul caroseriei si echipare. De exemplu, un model diesel poate avea arcuri diferite fata de o versiune pe benzina. O masina <a href=\"https:\/\/diagnozabam.ro\/sfaturi\/ro\/blog\/break-sau-berlina-alegerea-perfecta-pentru-stilul-tau-de-viata\/\">break<\/a> poate avea arcuri mai tari decat un hatchback. O versiune cu suspensie sport poate folosi arcuri mai scurte si mai rigide decat una standard.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2851\" data-end=\"3081\">Daca se monteaza arcuri prea tari, prea lungi sau pentru alta versiune, masina poate sta mai sus decat normal si suspensia poate deveni foarte rigida. In loc sa absoarba denivelarile, masina transmite socurile direct in caroserie.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"nhby2\" data-start=\"3083\" data-end=\"3122\">Semne ca arcurile nu sunt potrivite<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3124\" data-end=\"3162\">Poti suspecta arcuri nepotrivite daca:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3164\" data-end=\"3444\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1ulk69n\" data-start=\"3164\" data-end=\"3211\">masina este vizibil mai inalta decat inainte;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1as97ve\" data-start=\"3212\" data-end=\"3243\">suspensia este foarte rigida;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"3bi1up\" data-start=\"3244\" data-end=\"3276\">se aud lovituri seci la gropi;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"jwoenx\" data-start=\"3277\" data-end=\"3315\">masina pare instabila pe denivelari;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1dnycso\" data-start=\"3316\" data-end=\"3376\">roata pare sa coboare prea mult cand masina este ridicata;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1ipsehn\" data-start=\"3377\" data-end=\"3444\">apar diferente de inaltime intre partea stanga si partea dreapta.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3446\" data-end=\"3584\">Un arc nepotrivit nu afecteaza doar confortul. Trebuie sa fie calculat corect pentru greutatea si configuratia vehiculului.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"n4y8el\" data-start=\"4050\" data-end=\"4092\">2. Arcul nu este asezat corect in locas<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"4094\" data-end=\"4378\">O cauza foarte comuna pentru zgomot dupa schimbarea arcurilor este pozitionarea gresita a spirei finale. Arcul trebuie sa stea perfect in locasul sau, atat sus, cat si jos. Daca spira finala nu se <a href=\"https:\/\/diagnozabam.ro\/sfaturi\/ro\/blog\/%f0%9f%94%a7-motive-oprire-motor-in-mers-cauze-frecvente-si-solutii-rapide\/\">opreste<\/a> unde trebuie, arcul poate lucra tensionat sau se poate roti in timpul mersului.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4380\" data-end=\"4432\">Cand arcul nu sta corect, pot aparea zgomote de tip:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"4434\" data-end=\"4573\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1hgoe7t\" data-start=\"4434\" data-end=\"4464\">pocnitura scurta la plecare;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"ebtsxg\" data-start=\"4465\" data-end=\"4485\">trosnit la viraje;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"hsl6o9\" data-start=\"4486\" data-end=\"4515\">lovitura metalica la gropi;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1upizgb\" data-start=\"4516\" data-end=\"4539\">scartait sau frecare;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"18msmv0\" data-start=\"4540\" data-end=\"4573\">sunet de arc care se rasuceste.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"4575\" data-end=\"4713\">Aceasta problema apare mai ales atunci cand montajul este facut pe graba sau cand mecanicul nu verifica pozitia exacta a arcului in talpa.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"psm14e\" data-start=\"4715\" data-end=\"4734\">Cum se verifica<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"4736\" data-end=\"4965\">Masina trebuie ridicata pe elevator, iar arcul trebuie inspectat vizual. Capatul spirei trebuie sa fie asezat in opritorul special al talpii. Daca exista tampon de cauciuc, acesta trebuie sa fie aliniat corect cu pozitia arcului.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4967\" data-end=\"5190\">Daca arcul este rotit gresit, solutia este demontarea si repozitionarea lui. Tampoane de cauciuc uzate, lipsa sau montate gresit<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"5251\" data-end=\"5531\">Tampoanele de cauciuc sunt piese mici, dar foarte importante. Ele stau intre arc si caroserie sau intre arc si bratul suspensiei, in functie de constructia masinii. Rolul lor este sa absoarba vibratiile, sa protejeze contactul metal pe metal si sa mentina arcul stabil in pozitie.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5533\" data-end=\"5686\">Daca aceste tampoane lipsesc, sunt crapate, sunt intarite sau sunt montate incorect, suspensia poate deveni zgomotoasa imediat dupa schimbarea arcurilor.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"18kvplc\" data-start=\"5688\" data-end=\"5729\">Ce zgomote apar din cauza tampoanelor<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"5731\" data-end=\"5762\">Tampoanele defecte pot produce:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"5764\" data-end=\"5910\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1i5otj2\" data-start=\"5764\" data-end=\"5791\">batai seci la denivelari;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"3fyp4c\" data-start=\"5792\" data-end=\"5813\">pocnituri metalice;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"152bc9k\" data-start=\"5814\" data-end=\"5825\">scartait;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"pn4no9\" data-start=\"5826\" data-end=\"5850\">vibratii in caroserie;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"l17p6a\" data-start=\"5851\" data-end=\"5871\">zgomot de frecare;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"4s86tg\" data-start=\"5872\" data-end=\"5910\">senzatia ca arcul se misca in locas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"5912\" data-end=\"6137\">Multi soferi schimba doar arcurile si pastreaza tampoanele vechi, chiar daca acestea au ani multi de utilizare. Problema este ca un arc nou, mai ferm, poate apasa diferit pe un tampon vechi si il poate face sa produca zgomot.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"16nj6sy\" data-start=\"6139\" data-end=\"6158\">Solutia corecta<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"6160\" data-end=\"6404\">La schimbarea arcurilor, este recomandat sa se verifice si, daca este nevoie, sa se inlocuiasca tampoanele. Amortizoarele sunt uzate si nu mai controleaza arcurile<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"6636\" data-end=\"6888\">Un arc nou poate schimba comportamentul suspensiei, dar amortizorul este piesa care controleaza miscarea arcului. Daca amortizorul este vechi, slab sau curs, acesta nu mai poate tine roata lipita corect de drum si nu mai poate opri balansul caroseriei.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"6890\" data-end=\"6995\">In aceasta situatie, masina poate bate dupa schimbarea arcurilor chiar daca arcurile sunt noi si corecte.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"9oi9n0\" data-start=\"6997\" data-end=\"7049\">Cum iti dai seama ca amortizoarele sunt problema<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"7051\" data-end=\"7071\">Semnele tipice sunt:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"7073\" data-end=\"7335\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1di1lju\" data-start=\"7073\" data-end=\"7122\">masina sare de mai multe ori dupa o denivelare;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"yufpt1\" data-start=\"7123\" data-end=\"7165\">spatele sau fata masinii pare instabila;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1baobj9\" data-start=\"7166\" data-end=\"7196\">apar lovituri seci la gropi;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1lu8w0z\" data-start=\"7197\" data-end=\"7230\">masina se lasa mult la franare;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"z7mdy9\" data-start=\"7231\" data-end=\"7269\">masina se inclina excesiv in viraje;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"xnmghl\" data-start=\"7270\" data-end=\"7303\">anvelopele se uzeaza neuniform;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1pxhvo9\" data-start=\"7304\" data-end=\"7335\">amortizorul are urme de ulei.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"7337\" data-end=\"7535\">Testul simplu cu apasarea pe caroserie poate oferi un indiciu rapid. Daca apesi puternic pe partea masinii si caroseria revine, apoi continua sa oscileze de mai multe ori, amortizorul poate fi uzat.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"7537\" data-end=\"7631\">Totusi, testul cel mai corect se face intr-un service, pe stand sau prin inspectie amanuntita.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"7zgi9g\" data-start=\"7633\" data-end=\"7671\">De ce apar zgomote dupa arcuri noi<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"7673\" data-end=\"7870\">Arcurile noi pot fi mai ferme decat cele vechi. Daca amortizoarele erau deja obosite, diferenta devine imediat vizibila. Flansele de amortizor pot provoca trosnituri<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"8035\" data-end=\"8271\">La suspensia fata, flansele de amortizor au un rol important. Ele sustin ansamblul amortizor-arc si permit rotirea corecta la virarea rotilor.
