Nu din cauza motorului, a fr\u00e2nelor sau a sistemului de evacuare \u2014 ci din cauza anvelopelor. O eroare aparent minor\u0103 la alegerea cauciucurilor poate transforma o vizit\u0103 de rutin\u0103 la RAR \u00eentr-o zi pierdut\u0103 \u0219i un cost suplimentar de care nu aveai nevoie. <strong>Anvelopele sunt verificate sistematic la orice inspec\u021bie tehnic\u0103 periodic\u0103<\/strong>, iar criteriile sunt clare \u0219i nenegociabile.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"border-border-200 border-t-0.5 my-3 mx-1.5\" \/>\n<h3 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.125rem] font-bold\">Ce Verific\u0103 Efectiv Inspectorii la Anvelope<\/h3>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">Inspectorii RAR urmeaz\u0103 un protocol standardizat la verificarea anvelopelor. Nu este vorba de o inspec\u021bie sumar\u0103 \u2014 fiecare dintre punctele de mai jos poate constitui motiv individual de refuz.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"text-text-100 mt-2 -mb-1 text-base font-bold\">1. Conformitatea Dimensiunilor cu CIV<\/h4>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">Prima verificare este cea mai simpl\u0103 \u0219i cea mai des neglijat\u0103. <strong>Dimensiunile anvelopelor montate pe ma\u0219in\u0103 trebuie s\u0103 corespund\u0103 exact cu specifica\u021biile din Cartea de Identitate a Vehiculului (CIV).<\/strong> Dac\u0103 produc\u0103torul a omologat pentru acel model dimensiunea 205\/55 R16, montarea unor anvelope de 215\/55 R16 \u2014 chiar dac\u0103 diferen\u021ba pare neglijabil\u0103 \u2014 poate constitui motiv de refuz, \u00een func\u021bie de interpretarea inspectorului \u0219i de gradul de abatere fa\u021b\u0103 de valoarea omologat\u0103.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"ml-2 border-l-4 border-[hsl(var(--border-300)\/0.1)] pl-4 text-text-300\">\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">\u2139\ufe0f <strong>Not\u0103 Tehnic\u0103:<\/strong> Unele vehicule au trecute \u00een CIV mai multe dimensiuni omologate, acoperind variante de echipare diferite. Verific\u0103 toate c\u00e2mpurile relevante din CIV \u00eenainte de a concluziona c\u0103 dimensiunea montat\u0103 este gre\u0219it\u0103.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h4 class=\"text-text-100 mt-2 -mb-1 text-base font-bold\">2. Indicele de Vitez\u0103 \u0219i Sarcin\u0103<\/h4>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">Pe flancul oric\u0103rei anvelope sunt inscrip\u021bionate dou\u0103 valori critice: <strong>indicele de sarcin\u0103<\/strong> (capacitatea maxim\u0103 de \u00eenc\u0103rcare per roat\u0103, exprimat\u0103 numeric) \u0219i <strong>indicele de vitez\u0103<\/strong> (viteza maxim\u0103 la care poate func\u021biona anvelope \u00een condi\u021bii de siguran\u021b\u0103, exprimat\u0103 printr-o liter\u0103).<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">Aceste valori nu pot fi <strong>inferioare<\/strong> celor recomandate de produc\u0103torul vehiculului. Starea Fizic\u0103 a Anvelopei<\/h4>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">Inspectorii verific\u0103 vizual \u0219i tactil \u00eentreaga suprafa\u021b\u0103 accesibil\u0103 a anvelopei \u2014 flancuri, band\u0103 de rulare, zona de um\u0103r. Orice dintre urm\u0103toarele defecte constituie motiv de refuz:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3\">\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\"><strong>T\u0103ieturi<\/strong> \u2014 incizii care penetreaz\u0103 structura cauciucului sau ajung la stratul de cord<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\"><strong>Cr\u0103p\u0103turi<\/strong> \u2014 degradarea materialului prin \u00eemb\u0103tr\u00e2nire sau utilizare \u00een condi\u021bii improprii<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\"><strong>Hernii<\/strong> \u2014 umfl\u0103turi locale pe flanc, semn c\u0103 structura intern\u0103 de cord este rupt\u0103 \u0219i presiunea deformeaz\u0103 cauciucul<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote class=\"ml-2 border-l-4 border-[hsl(var(--border-300)\/0.1)] pl-4 text-text-300\">\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">\u26a0\ufe0f <strong>ATEN\u021aIE:<\/strong> O hernie pe flanc nu este un <a href=\"https:\/\/diagnozabam.ro\/sfaturi\/ro\/blog\/%e2%9a%99%ef%b8%8f-debitmetru-aer-defect-simptome-cauze-si-solutii\/\">defect<\/a> estetic. Este o defec\u021biune structural\u0103 care poate evolua \u00een explozie de anvelop\u0103 la viteze autostrad\u0103. Nicio anvelop\u0103 cu hernie nu trece ITP-ul \u0219i nicio anvelop\u0103 cu hernie nu ar trebui s\u0103 fie pe un vehicul \u00een circula\u021bie.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h4 class=\"text-text-100 mt-2 -mb-1 text-base font-bold\">4. Ad\u00e2ncimea Minim\u0103 a Profilului<\/h4>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">Limita legal\u0103 pentru autoturisme este <strong>1,6 mm<\/strong> ad\u00e2ncime minim\u0103 a canalelor de drenaj. C\u00e2nd suprafa\u021ba de rulare ajunge la nivelul acestor martori, anvelope a atins limita legal\u0103. Nu ai nevoie de calibru pentru a verifica \u2014 dac\u0103 martorii sunt vizibili \u0219i la acela\u0219i nivel cu banda de rulare, anvelope trebuie schimbat\u0103.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<hr class=\"border-border-200 border-t-0.5 my-3 mx-1.5\" \/>\n<h3 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.125rem] font-bold\">Gre\u0219eli Frecvente Care Duc la Picarea ITP-ului<\/h3>\n<h4 class=\"text-text-100 mt-2 -mb-1 text-base font-bold\">Anvelope cu Dimensiuni Diferite pe Aceea\u0219i Punte<\/h4>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">Montarea unor anvelope cu dimensiuni diferite pe ro\u021bile din st\u00e2nga \u0219i dreapta aceleia\u0219i pun\u021bi este interzis\u0103 \u0219i constituie motiv sigur de refuz. Dincolo de ITP, aceast\u0103 configura\u021bie afecteaz\u0103 direct comportamentul dinamic al vehiculului \u2014 \u00een special \u00een fr\u00e2nare \u0219i \u00een viraje \u2014 \u0219i poate deteriora diferen\u021bialul pe termen lung.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"text-text-100 mt-2 -mb-1 text-base font-bold\">Anvelope de Iarn\u0103 pe Timp de Var\u0103<\/h4>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">Anvelopele de iarn\u0103 sunt concepute pentru temperaturi sub 7\u00b0C. La temperaturi ridicate, compoundurile moi specifice iernii se \u00eenmoaie excesiv, cresc distan\u021bele de fr\u00e2nare \u0219i se uzeaz\u0103 accelerat. Dac\u0103 inspectorul constat\u0103 anvelope de iarn\u0103 montate \u00een sezon cald, poate solicita verificarea conformit\u0103\u021bii cu specifica\u021biile produc\u0103torului \u2014 iar unii produc\u0103tori exclud explicit utilizarea anvelopelor de iarn\u0103 \u00een afara sezonului <a href=\"https:\/\/diagnozabam.ro\/sfaturi\/ro\/blog\/greseli-frecvente-iarna-la-pornirea-masinii-lista-critica\/\">rece<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"text-text-100 mt-2 -mb-1 text-base font-bold\">Anvelope Second-Hand Uzate \u201eDoar pentru ITP&#8221;<\/h4>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">Strategia de a monta temporar un set de anvelope second-hand mai pu\u021bin uzate doar pentru a trece inspec\u021bia este at\u00e2t ilegal\u0103 c\u00e2t \u0219i ilogic\u0103. <strong>Inspectorii sunt antrena\u021bi s\u0103 identifice anvelope cu uzur\u0103 asimetric\u0103, cr\u0103p\u0103turi de flanc invizibile la prima vedere sau profile artificially ad\u00e2ncite<\/strong> \u2014 o practic\u0103 frauduloas\u0103 prin care se recaneleaz\u0103 anvelope uzate, interzis\u0103 prin regulamentele RAR.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"border-border-200 border-t-0.5 my-3 mx-1.5\" \/>\n<h3 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.125rem] font-bold\">Ce Ri\u0219ti Concret dac\u0103 Vii cu Anvelope Neconforme<\/h3>\n<h4 class=\"text-text-100 mt-2 -mb-1 text-base font-bold\">La ITP<\/h4>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">Ma\u0219ina este respins\u0103 la inspec\u021bie.
