The BMW Charging Fleet Solution, developed in partnership with Digital Charging Solutions GmbH (DCS), redefines how companies manage their electric vehicle fleets.
This innovative system links every driver’s charging account to a central company account, automatically consolidating all charging sessions into a single invoice — making cost management simple, transparent, and efficient.
Designed for small and medium-sized enterprises with up to 50 EVs, the solution eliminates administrative complexity and offers automatic reimbursement for drivers. Fleet managers benefit from a central dashboard that provides real-time insight into all charging activities and costs.
Setting up the system takes only a few steps. Fleet managers create a company account via CHARGE NOW, while drivers link their BMW Charging or MINI Charging accounts and enable billing through the company. Once linked, all charging sessions are paid automatically by the business — no private prepayments or manual refunds needed.
Drivers enjoy the same experience as private users, including identical tariffs, Plug & Charge convenience, and access to thousands of public stations across Europe, directly through the My BMW App or MINI App.
Launched in August across eleven European markets, including Germany, France, Italy, and the UK, the solution expanded in September to cover Sweden, Poland, Norway, Denmark, and more — marking a major step toward seamless, connected corporate electromobility.
